Exmouth RNLI were presented with a cheque from the Jurassic Coast Mini Club from their annual Mouth2Mouth Rally held in September.
Sunday morning saw the return of six Mini’s to Exmouth Lifeboat station, their last visit in September was the annual Mouth2Mouth Mini Rally, which starts at Weymouth’s Riviera Hotel, and meanders along the coastal road finishing at Exmouth Lifeboat station. The rally raises funds for Exmouth RNLI and this Sunday, Eve Fossey, drove along with other members of the club to present the cheque to second coxswain Scott Ranft, Eve says, ‘ we always get a warm welcome at Exmouth RNLI and the club is a big supporter of the work the RNLI do.’ This year the Jurassic Coast Mini Club have raised a staggering £801.48.
The rally has grown over time and is now in its ninth year, the club plans a 10 year celebration rally when they return in 2017, Exmouth RNLI is looking forward to once again hosting the event, a big thank you to RNLI fundraiser Caz Ashman and husband Dave for once again organising the event at Exmouth RNLI.
