Crew volunteers from Exmouth RNLI were called to the aid of a yacht, two speed boats and a missing kite surfer on Sunday 28 July. Relief Coxswain Matt Simpson from Ilfracombe RNLI led the yacht rescue in Lyme Bay. Read more
Crew volunteers rescued a novice kitesurfer from the Exmouth’s ‘duckpond’ in the rising tide on 25 July. Later that afternoon, the inshore lifeboat was tasked to rescue two people in the water after their trimaran capsized near the marina. Read more
