Exmouth RNLI volunteer crew were tasked to the aid of a motor boat taking on water - about one mile out to sea at Budleigh Salterton on Tuesday 3rd August at 1.46pm.

Exmouth Town Band provided the music for the Sea Sunday service held at 3pm on Sunday 18th July at the new Exmouth RNLI Boathouse. The service was conducted by Reverend Stephen Langford.

On Monday 14th June the Ist Exmouth Beavers paid a visit to the new Exmouth lifeboat station at a time the crew were undergoing training assessments. This was fortunate in that the youngsters were able to watch the launch and recovery procedures of the all weather lifeboat Margaret Jean.
